Jenna Woginrich (30) is an author and blogger as well as the sole proprietor of Cold Antler Farm, a small homestead in the mountains of Washington County, New York. There she raises sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, honeybees, and horses. There are no tractors or engines on the farm besides her dented pickup truck. The garden is still worked with hand tools, horses are used to cart and pull logs from the forest for firewood. But she's not Amish 2.0 either. A once cubicle-dwelling graphic designer she combines her love of technology and history to teach others and expand her farm and business. CAF uses the internet to create a true Word Farm, a place where writing pays the mortgage and the farm covers the grocery bills. It's a mighty dance, the combination of technology and horses harnesses, but an exciting one. She's dedicated to living seasonally and traditionally and sharing her stories along the way with anyone interested in coming along for the ride.
