Faith Schlabach

Faith Schlabach and her husband, who grew up Amish, live on a farm between two mountains in the lovely Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. After living the glitzy life for awhile, they made a conscious decision to return to a simple lifestyle and reaped huge health benefits from the change. They now raise much of their own food including meat, milk, eggs, and fruits. Faith has a passion to see the return of the Once A Day Family Milk Cow and small herd-share programs so others can have this sustainable source of protein including grass-fed raw milk, cheese, yogurt, meat, and ice cream (said with a big smile). Being an advocate of the slow food movement, buying local, and using our energy resources wisely, she believes the family cow fits right in. She is the mother to two wonderful children who are now married.
